Enquiries and confirmation

The website sends booking enquiries through WhatsApp. Submitting an enquiry does not reserve a room or hall, take payment or confirm availability. Wait for confirmation from the hotel before making payment or travel arrangements.

Room prices

Displayed room rates are per room, per night: Basic Room ₦8,000; Standard Room ₦10,000; Standard Suite ₦12,000; Executive Suite ₦16,000; Presidential Suite ₦19,000.

Before paying, request confirmation of your dates, number of guests and rooms, included services and complete payable total, including any applicable taxes and additional charges.

Hall hire

• Air-conditioned hall hire: ₦600,000 for 8 hours. Includes air conditioning, chairs, tables, cleaning and electricity.
• Fan-only hall hire: ₦300,000 for 8 hours. Includes fans, chairs, tables, cleaning and electricity. Air conditioning is not included.

Hire beyond 8 hours attracts an additional charge. Contact the hotel to confirm the extension price before agreeing to extra time. Confirm the event date and start and finish times when booking.

Photos show previous event setups. Confirm decoration arrangements separately with the hotel.

Cancellation and refund policy

Hall bookings

• Cancellations made 30 or more calendar days before the scheduled event date qualify for a refund of 50% of the amount paid.
• Cancellations made 29 calendar days or fewer before the scheduled event date are non-refundable.

Room bookings

Payments for room bookings are non-refundable.

To request a cancellation, contact Hotel De Eskay directly and provide your booking details.

Payments and date changes

Before making payment, confirm the complete amount due, payment deadline and any deposit or balance with the hotel. Contact the team about any requested date change; a date change is not confirmed until the hotel agrees. Confirm check-in and check-out times when arranging a stay.
